Watch out, Davey Crocket! There’s a new frontier to explore, and it’s wilder than ever.
The inaugural Analytics Frontiers Conference will be held on March 30th, 2016 at the Ritz Carlton in Charlotte, NC. Organized by UNC Charlotte and sponsored by the Data Science Initiative, the Analytics Frontiers Conference will focus on the latest trends in data analytics, including security analytics, risk analytics, the Internet of Things, sentiment analysis, smart cities, the mobile domain, as well as industry specific topics in financial, healthcare, retail, energy and manufacturing analytics.
Additionally, Dan Thyer, CTO and Co-Founder of Logical Advantage, will facilitate a panel IoT discussion at the conference. In fact, Thyer himself will be a featured member of the panel!
The discussion is tentatively scheduled from 1:40 PM to 2:30 PM, and panel leaders include the following:
According to the official event page, “This event will serve, among other things, to ‘connect the dots’ among the primary actors across a variety of domain spaces at the University and within the community with the objective of driving innovation across a range of business domains.”
